Bill is very professional, communicates well throughout the process and really goes above and beyond to complete the job to very high standards. It was our first time renovating a bathroom (which was quite an intimidating process for us), and he made the experience very easy and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely delighted with all aspects in our dealing with BK Bathroom Renovations to renovate/replace the shower in our en suite.
From our first contact with Bill we found him to be professional, polite and easy to deal with. He allayed our trepidation's and addressed all our concerns regarding the renovation.
He takes pride in all elements of his profession with the en suite being left clean and tidy at the end of each day and all waste material being removed.
